Foundations Program- (7U-16U)
Game Ready Training Baseball Pathway — a complete development system from 7U to 16U. At Game Ready Training, every young athlete gets access to high-quality coaching, structured development, and a clear path forward. Sessions Schedule: (Tuesdays and Thursdays starting October 20, 2026- April 28, 2027) 7u-9U- 5:30pm-6:30pm 10u-13u 6:45pm-8:15pm 14u-16u: 8:30pm-10:15pm GRT Baseball Academy (7U–16U) runs off-season training October–April, building fundamentals and confidence through age-appropriate skill work: 7U – Foundation & Fun Movement skills, basic mechanics, intro to throwing, hitting, and fielding. Keep it fun and build confidence. 8U – Skill Building Throwing accuracy, early hitting development, fielding footwork, and basic baseball IQ. More structure, stronger fundamentals. 9U – Athlete Identity Pitching introduction, early power development, cleaner fielding habits, base running awareness, and understanding how the game flows. 10U – Competitive Skills Pitching mechanics, hitting approach, early position specialization, game IQ, and decision‑making. Players start to show promise at this level. 11U – Advanced / Pre‑Elite Velocity foundations, advanced hitting concepts, defensive mastery, situational IQ, and higher‑tempo training. 12U – Elite Prep Pitching performance, elite hitting development, advanced positional mastery, and next‑level readiness for competitive baseball. 13U – Emerging Elite Higher tempo training, tactical discipline, strength foundations, advanced movement patterns, and competitive game preparation. 14U – Elite Development Game strategy, positional leadership, advanced conditioning, technical refinement, and full‑field execution. 15U – Performance Phase High‑intensity strength and conditioning work, speed endurance, positional dominance, and consistent competitive readiness. Athletes start training like high‑performance players. 16U – Pre‑Professional Prep Advanced pitching and hitting systems, physical performance training, leadership development, match analysis, and readiness for collegiate, academy, or professional pathways. This is where athletes learn to train like pros. All programs run 2 sessions/week (60 min for 7U–8U, 90 min for 9U–12U, 105 mins for 13U-16U) — a predictable, structured alternative to traditional seasonal baseball, with 12U as the bridge into the Dragons program.
High-Performance Program.(13U-18U)
13U – Emerging Elite Higher‑tempo training, advanced movement patterns, early strength foundations, refined throwing and hitting mechanics, and deeper positional understanding. Athletes begin transitioning from “developing players” to “competitive prospects.” 14U – Elite Development Game strategy, positional leadership, advanced conditioning, technical refinement, and full‑field execution. Athletes learn to compete at higher speeds and handle more complex game situations. 15U – Performance Phase High‑intensity technical work, tactical adaptability, speed endurance, positional dominance, and consistent competitive readiness. Pitching and hitting development becomes individualized and data‑driven. Athletes begin training like high‑performance players preparing for showcase environments. 16U – Pre‑Professional Prep Advanced pitching and hitting systems, physical performance training, leadership development, match analysis, and readiness for collegiate or academy pathways. Athletes learn how to prepare, perform, and recover like elite prospects. 17U – Collegiate Readiness Velocity development, advanced pitch design, elite hitting patterns, defensive mastery, strength and power output tracking, and mental performance training. Athletes are groomed for post‑secondary expectations and exposure opportunities. 18U – High‑Performance / Recruiting Phase Professional‑level training habits, individualized development plans, showcase preparation, college recruiting support, and advanced performance metrics. Athletes refine their identity as complete, next‑level players ready for post‑secondary or elite travel baseball. Technology includes HitTrax and iPitch data tracking.
