The Red Sox Baseball Academy is Brantford’s premier long-term baseball development program — a structured, high-performance training pathway designed for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.

Foundations Program

$475/month — $3,800 total (8 months)

Focus areas: • Throwing & catching fundamentals • Hitting mechanics • Fielding technique • Movement & coordination • Baseball IQ • Age-appropriate strength & conditioning Athletes also learn early habits around hydration, nutrition basics, warm-up routines, sleep awareness, and personal responsibility. Technology integration includes simplified HitTrax, TrackMan, and AWRE visuals.

Focus areas: • Pitching development • Catching development • Fielding mechanics • Hitting development with iPitch • Strength & conditioning • Speed, agility, mobility, injury prevention Technology includes HitTrax, TrackMan, AWRE, and iPitch data tracking. Athletes receive professional-quality video packages for development and recruiting.
